We always say that doing a little something to get out of your comfort zone for your engagement has a big payoff! Lauren and Jonathan’s sunrise session at Cedarwood Weddings started off with waking up WAY early in the dark, but totally paid off with a gorgeous misty lake and some beautiful sunshine! It was a chilly morning (hard to believe it was only a few weeks ago as we stare down highs in the 90s today!), and Cedarwood’s Mooncake Lake was totally bringing the Pacific Northwest vibe–which was a perfect fit since Lauren and Jonathan first met in the PNW. Lauren and Jonathan met through work and started off as friends first (isn’t that the best?!). Last year, after spending their relationship long distance, they were looking for a place to move together, and decided on Nashville after visiting. And they love it here! They will be celebrating their wedding at Cedarwood later this year, and we are just so excited for them as they begin on this new adventure together!
These two are so sweet and just so genuinely enjoy each other, and are so full of joy. We had an incredible morning exploring Cedarwood with them, so keep scrolling to see some of our favorites!
