We had absolutely the most gorgeous day to kick off our first session of the year! Meredith and Mike’s mini destination engagement session just outside Lexington, Ky was such a dream. Meredith’s dad is involved in the horse industry, so Meredith found an absolutely gorgeous farm for us to visit for our shoot (and which also happens to be where triple crown winner American Pharoah currently resides!). Meredith and Mike met at UK, where Mike played football, and currently live in Lexington with their adorable dog Hank. They wanted their session to be carefree and fun, and show the lighthearted side of their story and love. Well, I would say they definitely made that happen! These two are so sweet and easygoing together, and we had the best time exploring this beautiful farm with them and documenting just a little slice of what an exciting season of life this is! I love how excited Meredith was because this was the first wedding planning related event that other people would see, so it made it officially official that the festivities are beginning!
