Hello, everyone!
I’m pretty much all smiles over here getting ready to share Angela and Eddie’s adventure engagement session! These two kicked off our summer of Really Epic Awesome sessions in a big way with their engagement session. Angela and Eddie, who are both currently internal medicine residents at Vandy, love to travel together and explore. They have been exploring some of the waterfalls in the area surrounding Nashville, and wanted to incorporate that into their session. They ended up deciding on Greeter Falls, which is actually where Eddie proposed to Angela! So not only did we get to explore an epic place, it was also meaningful to them, which is one of our very favorite things!! I always say that a little something magical happens when we’re able to break out of a comfort zone during a session. We decided to shoot at sunrise to avoid the TN summer heat and crowds, and oh my goodness you all–it paid off in a big way with some of the most magical light! Then of course climbing down and over and around rocks and waterfalls was pretty amazing too 🙂 This has to be one of my new favorite hikes–such a great variety in a short amount of space! So major thanks to these two for introducing it to us!
I love the way these two love to do life together, and how genuine and sweet they are together. They settled right in being themselves, and I loved a particularly sweet moment by the waterfall where it seemed like they just melted into each other and it’s like we weren’t there–just them, their love story, and the peaceful sounds of nature.

Congratulations, Angela and Eddie! We seriously had the best time with you two, thank you so much for sharing such a special spot and hike with us, and for being up for early morning with all that magical light! Such an incredible day. We cannot wait for your wedding!!
