Hello, friends!
I hope you are all enjoying this week and preparing for a wonderful Thanksgiving! Chris and I are hosting both our families at our house, so lots of prep going on today to get ready for the craziness 🙂 But we are totally those crazy people who like to be decorated for Christmas by the time Thanksgiving comes around (I just can’t resist the twinkle lights!), so this past Saturday, since we didn’t have a wedding, we went out in search of the perfect Christmas tree! There’s an awesome Christmas tree farm in Murfreesboro that we’ve gone to the past two years, and we were excited to head out there again. It was perfect tree hunting weather–nice and cold but beautiful blue skies and sunny! Usually we love to cut down our own tree, but their selection of trees this year were a little too short (next year will be perfect!), so we ended up picking one of their pre-cut trees. I’m in love! It might be my favorite tree ever 🙂 Here’s a few pictures from our adventures, and we can’t wait to decorate our tree later today!
Love this cotton field right around the corner from the Christmas tree farm!
Hot cider and looking at trees? Perfection!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Thanks for stopping by the blog and sharing our adventures 🙂
