This Belle Meade historic site wedding in the spring was such a fun celebration to document! It was filled with the sweetest moments (including an emotional first look between the bride and groom), so much family love as the couple celebrated with the people who meant the most to them, and stunning details around every corner. The tent draping and florals were the most gorgeous backdrop for laughing and sharing a meal together.
For me, the details of a wedding are there to support the story. To create a beautiful and intentional experience, transporting you and your guests to an almost different world, that will enhance the way the memory forms and sticks with you for years to come. So whether what is authentic to you is luxe and lavish or simple and sweet, setting the background for the moments of your celebration is something that should be approached with intention. And the most important piece being that it is what feels right for YOU–leave the shoulds and the checklists at the door and make sure everything comes back to supporting how you want to FEEL on your wedding day as you celebrate with those people who mean so much to you!
