We are just so, so happy to be sharing some of our favorites from Lindsey and Dana’s Bridge Building wedding in Nashville, TN with you today! We have had the best time getting to know these two throughout the wedding process, from planning meetings, to their epic adventure engagement session at Lindsey’s family’s cabin in Wisconsin, to the wedding day. The way they welcomed us and invited us in to documenting these moments for them is such an honor, and we have loved every second of it!
Saturday was rainy, gray, chilly day, but that wasn’t about to slow down any part of the celebration! Lindsey and Dana met in San Diego, where Lindsey was living at the time and Dana was visiting from Nashville. After doing the long distance dating thing for awhile, they ended finally together, and eventually ended up back in Wisconsin, where Lindsey is from. When planning their wedding, they knew it had to be a Nashville destination wedding–to go back to their favorite city and a place that holds so many memories of their early relationship! They were so excited to share their city with all the friends and family who traveled in for the wedding. The Bridge Building, with it’s amazing views of the Nashville skyline was the perfect setting, and everyone partied the night away to Lindsey & Dana’s favorite band from their days in Nashville, The Chris Weaver Band. One of my favorite details was the “cheese cake”–a cake literally made from Wisconsin cheese. Amazing! It was a day full of emotion and excitement, quiet sweetness and lots of laughter.
